1.  Local Governments: We work with local governments, strengthening their capacity to provide services and build basic infrastructure.

2.  Employment Opportunities: We work with small farmers to increase their competitiveness and help them sell in the international markets.  

3.  Awareness among the Ecuadorian public about the coca/cocaine economy: We help Ecuadorians better understand the threat of the coca/cocaine economy to their well being and to democratic stability in general.   

Results:

• 84 potable water systems that benefit 123,442 people.

• 19 sewer systems benefiting 33,384 people.  

• 8 irrigation systems that benefit 24,575 small farmers.

• 90 km in 3 roads benefiting 26,250 people in rural areas.  

• 44 pedestrian and vehicular bridges that benefit 52,604 small farmers.  

• More than 50% increase in more than 9,000 families’ income.

• Over 8,000 new jobs in farms and in food procesing services, transportation and goods' distribution.
